Program Fast Start Cheat sheet:
1) Create Iteration 1.0 – AS Fast AS Possible – Refine Later
2) Set Initial Time Limits: My Suggestion is 10 minutes per exercise, first time through this
3) Capture the first thought you have (even if you have not heard the entire explanation)
4) Play – Pause – Do: Capture/Record all thoughts (in a designated notebook) while going through this.
5) Organize Later

Tools: (Only #1 is Necessary)
1) Pen and Paper is the recommended default recording tool of choice, but if you are going to go digital, Evernote is your friend.
2) Mind Mapping Software – for organizing your categories/thoughts (later): I suggest: xmind.net (free)
3) Video Playback Speed. Get a tool that will speed up video playback for the browser you prefer to use: For Google Chrome: Video Speed Controller extension works well
